2024 Inclusive Growth Dialogue: Minority-Owned Businesses
November 7, 2024 (10:00 AM - 2:30 PM) (EST)
Description
Hosted as part of the Canadian Chamber’s 2024 Inclusive Growth Dialogue Series sponsored by RBC and in collaboration with the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce this event will focus on the importance of fostering an inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting minority-owned businesses. Attendees will explore some of the challenges and opportunities identified by underrepresented business owners and learn strategies to promote inclusive growth at the local level.
We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility are central and essential to fairness of opportunity, competitiveness of business, economic growth and our nation’s prosperity. In collaboration with the Chamber Network, the Canadian Chamber is continuing the work started last year and hosting the second Inclusive Growth dialogues series to raise awareness, build capacity and learn more about the initiatives undertaken across the country to promote economic growth that is distributed fairly across society and creates opportunities for all.
Hosted in partnership with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, we are pleased to invite you to an Inclusive Growth Dialogue focused on inclusive entrepreneurship and minority-owned businesses that is taking place on Thursday, Nov. 7th from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Delta Hotel Kingston Waterfront (1 Johnson St, Kingston, ON).
This dialogue is one of the ways through which we are working to mobilize the knowledge and resources of the Chamber Network to be a strong agent for change and advocate for an economy that works for all Canadians.
This is a free event, however seats are limited.
