About

With over 20 years of clinical experiences, I have extensive experience providing therapy to adults experiencing a variety of circumstances, challenges, and difficulties, including to veterans and military members.

You might feel stuck between the desire for engagement or growth and the difficulty of navigating life's complexities, stress, demanding roles, anxiety, low mood, or impacts of past trauma. You may have tended to be someone who is thoughtful, curious, and dedicated to your relationships, your work, or to engaging with life with commitment; yet, that well of care and commitment may not extend as easily to yourself.

I help you explore your patterns and experience, grow skills, and connect with your own wisdom. Our work blends depth and pragmatism: honouring complexity while finding focus and refuge in some practical things you can do. This is Influence Work: learning to use your influence in ways that are helpful and wise. This is also you finding your way forward.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). If you would like to work on using your influence to support kind and helpful ways forward for yourself, please reach out.
